Your personal data will be stored by S.C. CITY POINT DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. on the mail.city-point.ro server as long as you remain subscribed to the company’s newsletter.

(iii). the right to delete data – you have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data without undue delay;
(iv). the right to restrict processing – you have the right to obtain the restriction of processing if you are in any of the following cases: (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data; (ii) the processing is illegal and you oppose the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use; (iii) CITY POINT DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. no longer requires the processing of personal data, but you request them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right in court;
(v). the right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured format that is currently used and can be read automatically and to be able to transmit this personal data to another operator under certain conditions; in exercising this right, you can request that S.C. However, if your requests are unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, Point Development SRL may: (i) either charge a fee considering the administrative costs for providing the information or communication or taking the requested measures; (ii) or refuse to comply with the request.
If you no longer want your data to be processed, you can withdraw your consent at any time, either by accessing the “unsubscribe” link in any email you receive from CITY POINT or by accessing it directly on our website.
